eClub has included a comment function to the Club Todo feature for club members. This update allows the person in charge to provide updates on task progress through comments, while other members can offer essential feedback and input.

A new feature has been added to the My Clubs page for student accounts, which includes an aggregated Discussion section. This section consolidates the latest discussions from all clubs a student is a member of, providing a single location to view updates. Students can now access discussions without navigating to individual club pages and can directly engage in discussions by clicking on the "View" option, which opens the discussion thread. This update aims to improve communication efficiency within the eClub platform.

The functionality for School Admins to allocate clubs to teachers has been optimized. On the School Adviser page, an overview of the number of clubs managed by each adviser is now available within the Adviser list. By selecting an adviser, a detailed list of clubs under their management is displayed, and the system now includes the option to remove clubs from an adviser's management directly from this list, streamlining the administrative process.

This can be accessed by navigating to the My Clubs list and selecting the Member List option associated with a specific club. The feature enables the viewing of all member details and the assignment of club leaders.
